By accepting the following terms you agree that:
- T&C Management Ltd will have the right to use, reproduce and distribute any material placed on SellingCars.co.uk by you or on your behalf. We also reserve the right to edit, move, review, or delete any material on this site. This will be carried out at our sole discretion.
- T&C Management Ltd accepts no responsibility for any content placed on this Web site by you or any third party.
- T&C Management Ltd also accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from any breach of these rules.
- T&C Management Ltd, its representatives and employees will not be liable for any claims or liability (including legal fees) that arise from any submissions placed on SellingCars.co.uk.
- T&C Management Ltd may terminate or suspend this agreement at any time, with or without notice. Upon such termination, you will no longer have the right to use SellingCars.co.uk with immediate effect. You will also loose the right to access any information you have stored on the site.
- No material of a pornographic, explicit or offensive nature will be uploaded to the site. Failure to comply will result in the removal of any advert belonging to yourself and continued billing for the remained of the contract.
- Termination of your subscription will require one months written notice from the advertiser. If termination occurs inside the first 12 months of advertising, payment to include the remainder of the 12 months will still be due.
- Payment for advertising will be on a one year contract with 12 payments per year taken on the anniversary for your subscription. These payments will be of variable amounts as dictated by the number of advertising spaces required.
- T&C Management Ltd reserve the right to increase the fee for advertising without prior notice.
